		<description>I agree with all you have written and the overriding theme is PR can be handled by smaller staffs or even just one person. I realize that as a small business owner you are better off having a professional handle it, but you can still do an admirable job by yourself, using both social sites and free press release sites. No one has an excuse not to do something to increase PR in this age!</description>
