I would like to add couple of similarly easy &amp; effective actions to your list. Hope it helps.

1. Try to find out what are the problems of people they don&#039;t wanna find solutions to.

2. Don&#039;t look at existing niche, but plan to get a certain people together &amp; make it your niche.

3. Evaluate the value of everyday stuff done professionally instead of casually.</description>
