I just got back from The Loyalty Expo here in Orlando and met some amazing people. One of them was Steve Yastrow. He’s the author of We: The Ideal Customer Relationship (which I’m reading now) and Brand Harmony. He gave an impressive keynote speech on building a solid relationship with customers, and I was able to interview him afterward.
